Our company undertakes the preparation of Architectural design of a project in the initial proposal stage, preliminary design, final design and implementation study.

 

Structural designs

Our company undertakes Structural Designs of new buildings, tests the static adequacy of building and strengthens the existing with all modern building materials such as reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and structural timber in accordance with national and international regulations that are in force in Greece.

 

Electromechanical – Mechanical Studies  

We provide electromechanical, - mechanical studies for every kind and size of buildings (industrial, retails units, office buildings, hotels, etc) and also electromechanical studies on energy systems, renewable energy sources, energy saving systems and industrial installations.

 

Topographic Charts 

We undertake drafting topographic plan for issuing a building permit, arbitrary regulation, property transfer certificate, cadastre, forest inspection, zoning, etc. Mapping properties, surface measurement, dependence on state coordinate system (EGSA 87).

 

Study Energy Efficiency buildings and issuing Energy Certificates
Based on Regulation Energy Performance of Buildings, the Energy Efficiency Design (M.E.A.) is now a mandatory part of the design of a new or completely refurbished building.

 

Interior design

We undertake the renovation studies and reconstruction of houses, apartments, offices, shops and outdoor spaces.
